William C. Wood

President & Chief Executive Officer

Bill is FrontStream’s President & CEO with overall responsibility for strategy, finance, product, marketing, sales, HR, operations and customer activities.

Bill brings over 25 years of experience creating innovative, trusted solutions for the not-for-profit and corporate philanthropy communities. Prior to joining FrontStream, Bill was a founding member of Blackbaud, developing and leading the company’s brand, marketing, and sales activities through its high growth years. Bill then turned his entrepreneurial and leadership prowess to Access International where he served as President & CEO and guided the company through the reengineering and launch of its highly regarded CRM and donor engagement solution for large, complex charities, and local United Ways. He was also Founder & CEO of DonateTo.com, one of the industry’s first online giving platforms.

Bill is a nationally recognized speaker offering his unique purview and insight on a wide range of technology related topics facing the charitable community including how organizations and companies can embrace the rapidly changing technology landscape to engage members, donors, employees, and volunteers.

Mark Norris

Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer

Mark is FrontStream’s Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for the company’s finance, accounting, risk and legal activities.

With more than 25 years of strategic leadership experience gained in operations and finance roles at Ekahau, Marriott, Intelsat, AES and USA Mobility, Mark’s disciplined, FP&A and service-oriented approach anchors FrontStream in sound financial and policy best practices.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.



Terry Lopresti

Chief Technology Officer

Terry oversees the technology and product management teams and guides their efforts in improving FrontStream’s technologies, product capabilities, and marketability.

As a financial services veteran, Terry brings a twenty-year track record of successful product development, quality assurance management, infrastructure support, PCI compliance, and product management to FrontStream. She has held similar positions at Tier Technologies, Inc. and Sallie Mae, Inc.

Terry holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in eCommerce solutions from Strayer University and worked toward her Masters of Science, Technology Management at University of Maryland University College.

Mark Sutton

Chief Marketing Officer

As CMO, Mark oversees operations of the Marketing area of the company.

Mark, a pioneer of online and peer-to-peer fundraising, has over 20 years of experience in online marketing, fundraising, social media, and business development. Additionally, Mark has a decade of experience in electronic data publishing having previously held senior roles at ProCD and SilverPlatter Information.

Prior to joining FrontStream, Mark established Firstgiving, Inc. and led the company as CEO from 2003-2008. Additionally, Mark served for 5 years as Marketing and Business Development Director at FairMarket, Inc. (NASDAQ: FAIM), led marketing and business development for Zeer.com, and served on the ePhilanthropy Foundation’s Board of Trustees from 2005 to 2007.

Mark graduated with a B.A. from Connecticut College and holds an M.B.A. from Babson College.

Todd Youngren


Todd is responsible for budgeting, revenue forecasting, portfolio analysis and Financial Operations.

Todd has over 20 years of financial management experience in midsize and large corporations. Prior to joining FrontStream, Todd was the Vice President of Financial Operations at Official Payments and before joining Official Payments, Todd was the Chief Financial Officer of the Business Office Solutions Division of SallieMae.

Todd earned his M.B.A. from Marymount University and his B.A from Lawrence University.

Tom Kiriakou Jr.

Vice President, Customer Services

In this role, Tom is responsible for all aspects of our customer experience with FrontStream; including Account Management, Customer Support, Professional Services and Implementation.

Tom brings over 12 years of leadership experience focused on earning customer loyalty, driving growth, and forging strong relationships with external business partners. Tom is passionate about providing the right solution for the right customer at the right time. Well-researched and entrepreneurial in spirit, will challenge the status quo to drive revenue generating development.

Prior to joining FrontStream, Tom has held similar roles at Global Matrix; a SaaS travel technology suite supporting travel organizations. Additionally, Tom served at Angoss; a global leader in delivering predictive analytics to organizations.

Tom holds a B.A. in Management and Economics from the University of Toronto.

Tracy Harder

Vice President, Human Resources

Tracy is responsible for providing human resources to FrontStream’s five locations in Boston, Lancaster, Reston, Toronto, ON, Canada, and West Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Tracy has 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including work at both plant level and corporate locations. She has held several prestigious positions working for companies such as Renaissance Mark, a U.S and Canadian multi-site prime label printer, Holley Performance Products, a multi-site automotive aftermarket retail supplier, and Franklin Precision Industries, an original equipment supplier to Toyota. Tracy has expertise in managing recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employment policy issues.

Tracy holds a B.A. in Mass Communication with a minor in Business and M.A. in Organizational Development/ Corporate Communication from Western Kentucky University.

Winston Faircloth

Vice President, Workplace Engagement 

Winston has been associated with the United Way since his career began in 1982.  As the youngest VP of Fundraising in a major market United Way, to leading two United Ways as CEO, and finally as the founding CEO of the nation’s largest United Way IT shared services organization, Winston is passionate about connecting committed contributors with causes they believe in. 

At FrontStream, Winston is leading the development of our new Workplace Engagement team.  This team will bring together various aspects of FrontStream into a single, customer focused division for United Way and Corporate Social Responsibility partners.  Leveraging the broad range of FrontStream offerings, the team will help our partners deepen donor commitment and involvement. 

Winston holds a B.A. in Government & Philosophy from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and has extensive expertise in workplace fundraising, non-profit management, and information technology solutions. 

Kevin Gallagher

General Manager – Payments

Kevin has over 23 years-experience in the payments industry and is focused on helping companies grow their global sales and revenue. Prior to joining FrontStream, Kevin was Senior Vice President for Transpay, a cross border payout platform, SVP Global Sales for 2Checkout (acquired by Francisco Partners) and General Manager Merchant e-Solutions (acquired by Cielo).

Kevin also held executive positions with First Data Corporation (NYSE FDC) and JPMorgan’s Chase Paymentech (NYSE JPM). Kevin was a board member for Cardinal Commerce (acquired by Visa) and Nodus Technologies (acquired by Evo Payments) and was awarded the 2017 Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Enterprise Sales Executive of the Year.

Kevin graduated with a B.A. in Marketing from Georgia State University, an M.B.A. in Marketing from Kennesaw State University and an additional 20 credit hours M.B.A. in Ecommerce from Georgia State University.
