  2. How do I access Connect? Soon you will access an updated URL to obtain pledge and payment information. The new site will be connect.frontstream.com.

  3. Will I continue to receive Electronic Fund Transfers? Yes, you will continue to receive ACH payments. Your bank statement will now show as FrontStream. Please note this will not affect payments branded under a specific client company.

  4. Will I still be able to see my previous payment and check history? Yes, other than the change to the URL and the banking ACH or check payments everything else will work as it did before.

  5. Will this affect the payments I’m receiving? No, however as noted above, payments will now show as being issued from FrontStream.

  6. Will there be any interruption on the website? We do not anticipate any interruptions to the website.

  7. If I have a check issued by Truist, will I still be able to cash it? Yes, the check will be valid for 90 days from the date issued. After 90 days it will be subject to our normal reissue policy and will be reissued under the name FrontStream.
