What is FrontStream?

Founded in 2007, FrontStream is a fundraising and donor management platform that has helped over 31,000 nonprofits, schools, and socially-minded corporations simplify fundraising events and campaigns, charity auctions, corporate giving programs, and payments.

Who uses FrontStream?

Nonprofits, schools, charities, and corporate CSR teams use FrontStream to manage peer-to-peer fundraising, auctions, donor data, event ticketing, online giving, workplace giving, and payments.

Can my organization use FrontStream?

FrontStream works with schools, nonprofits, and corporations based in the United States and Canada. All nonprofits are verified by their U.S. EIN (Employer Identification Number) or Canadian Charity Registration Number.

What is BiddingForGood?

BiddingForGood is FrontStream’s charity auction platform and community. Together we’ve raised $600M (and counting!) for schools and nonprofits through 45,000+ BiddingForGood charity auctions.

Is payment processing included?

Yes, FrontStream processes $1.4B+ annually. We’re Level 1 PCI Compliant, and offer secure processing for donations, ticketing, and auction payments. We also work with over 1,700 companies to integrate payment forms, simplify multi-location payments, and pay less in processing fees.

Are there transaction fees?

Yes, we pride ourselves on fee transparency. We also offer Donor Covers the Fee, which donors will cover ~50% of the time. Contact Sales to have a candid conversation.

What is the Frontstream Global Fund?

FrontStream Global Fund is a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) to help small nonprofits quickly process funds without underwriting or a merchant account.

What kind of support is available?

FrontStream has a help center, email and phone support, onboarding assistance, and training resources. If you ever need an extra set of hands, our support team can also build your campaign page, or travel onsite to help run fundraising events. Contact Sales to learn more.
