We know how hard our fundraisers work, because we work along side them to get the most out of each campaign and donation. That’s why we get excited about the Fundraising Institute of Australia’s (FIA) Awards for excellence in fundraising, especially as a number of FrontStream clients were winners!
This year the awards were presented at The Fundraisers' Gala Awards Dinner on the 19th of February in Brisbane, where over 380 fundraisers got together to support and celebrate their peers and our industry. The FIA Awards recognise the extraordinary initiatives and innovative efforts of fundraisers, volunteers and organisations. They celebrate fundraisers’ hard work and successes and provide an occasion for acknowledgement by industry peers, while promoting the valuable role of fundraising in improving our world.
Many FrontStream Asia Pacific clients were crowned winners on the night, including Mater Foundation, which was awarded Most Outstanding Fundraising Project, Special Events (over $5 million revenue) and the Fundraiser of the Year.
Other winners included SCOSA - Donor acquisition under $5 Million revenue and Caritas Australia and Water Aid Australia were award finalists for Donor renewal.
One of our newest clients, Guide Dogs association SA/NT was Highly Commended for Bequests/ gifts in Wills, and short- listed for the Donor Acquisition Award.
All in all, a great result for our clients. We applaud and salute you and look forward to a prosperous fundraising future together.
