Truist Campaign Management has been expanded to now include Employee Giving, Volunteer Management, and Corporate Gift Matching Programs, as well as employee fundraising, all in one place as part of a fully integrated and unified platform. This enhancement enables employees to access a single easy to use giving hub to give to the non-profit causes of their choice, log volunteer hours, find volunteer opportunities, and fundraise for the causes that they care about. The user interface has been updated for a clean and intuitive user experience that greatly simplifies this process for employees.
In addition, the enhancements to Truist Campaign Management now provide campaign administrators with a comprehensive program console where all aspects of their campaigns can be managed from one central location. The program console enables access to a huge array of reports that provide a complete and unified picture of employee giving, matching, and volunteering.
These enhancements now combine Truist Campaign Management’s heralded and best of breed customer support, account management, charity vetting as well as processing and distribution of funds with a completely unified and updated user experience. This major enhancement is the result of nearly two years of development efforts that was driven by what customers need to run the most successful and effective campaigns.
