FrontStream Payments is pleased to announce three new recent additions to our leadership team: Terry LoPresti who is now our Senior Vice President of Technology, Asim Walia who is now our Senior Vice President of vertical sales and Kerry Kodatt who is now our Senior Vice President of integration partnership sales.

Terry LoPresti, a financial services veteran, brings to FrontStream Payments expertise in product development, product implementation, product process management and infrastructure. LoPresti will oversee the technology team and guide their efforts in improving FrontStream’s technology, product capabilities and marketability. LoPresti most recently held similar positions at Tier Technologies and Sallie Mae, Inc.
“In addition to Terry’s product development knowledge, Terry’s expertise with quality assurance for the financial services industry is a key element of our quality control programs,” Ms. Vellayan said, commenting on Ms. LoPresti’s appointment.
The second new hire, Asim Walia, is responsible for business development activities related to FrontStream’s new growth verticals: Education, Government and Not-for-Profits. Walia has a strong background in the electronic payments industry and has been responsible for managing sales teams who work in higher educational institutions, state and local municipalities and the private sector. Walia most recently held the position of Vice President of Sales in Business Office Solutions for Sallie Mae, Inc.
The third new hire, Kerry Kodatt, will lead FrontStream’s corporate integration partnership and channel management programs for business sectors that include, but are not limited to, automotive, retail, telecommunications and franchisees. Kodatt is experienced in the merchant acquiring and payments processing industry and has an extensive understanding of Value Added Resellers’ integrated solutions and affiliate relationships. Kodatt most recently held similar positions at Chase, First Data, Paymentech and Retail Pro.
“We are glad to have Asim and Kerry on board to focus on their respective business development areas. Their focus rounds out our overall sales strategy and fits nicely with our ISO Agent Sales business development segment which is already in place,” Ms. Vellayan said.
