New in the FrontStream system for August & September!
We’re excited to share information about the new features and tools that were added to the FrontStream platform in August and September. For “how to” documents, training videos, and support, visit our online Knowledge Base!
FrontStream Fundraising Standard (FirstGiving):
Improved registrations: Nonprofits now have the option to require participants to join a team if it is needed for your event, while the responses to any custom registration questions are now recorded on the receipts.
New design options: Organizations can now choose to upload an event-specific banner. This image will appear on pages associated to that event (including fundraising pages & team pages).
Team updates: Registrants can now customize their team page during the registration process, easily uploading a team photo and/or adding a team story.
Email improvements: The automatic registration confirmation email can now be customized at the event level, including information about the event, instructions, or other comments. Basic HTML formatting is allowed. A list of email recipients is now visible while composing a message via the FirstGiving email tool.
Improved tab search: The supporters tab has been updated to allow for much easier navigation and faster returns.
FrontStream Fundraising Pro:
A sleek, modern look: We’ve updated the mobile menu to make navigating through a fundraising page easy on any mobile device! You’ll also find more stylish buttons, social sharing icons, and prominent calls-to-action for your participants. Learn more here.
Add your own branding: The refreshed mobile pages can be customized to match your organization or event’s branding. It’s now even easier to adjust the mobile menu, buttons, and edit all of the content for your mobile fundraising pages!
On-going improvements: We have included minor enhancements and small fixes to improve your administration experience.

FrontStream Workplace Philanthropy:
‘Pledge Again’ functionality: Workplace donors who make pledges within Campaign Management will find it easy to create a new pledge based on the one they made the prior year. Administrators can choose whether or not to enable this feature for their donors.
Special event cost field: An optional field has been created in Campaign Management to allow companies to easily track their event costs. This field is also available in reporting exports.
New API Partners:
We’re excited to be working for several exciting new API partners, who have integrated with FirstGiving or the FrontStream Payment Gateway to make processing transactions as easy as can be.
New tools for administrators: Clients may now define the duration for payment line items under the “enable line duration” checkbox. Administrators will also be able to define the quantity on hand for payment line items. The “track quantity” option will be disabled by default, indicating an unlimited number of items. When “payment line item quantity” is enabled, users can fill in the number of items available. A new “define payment installments” box also allows administrators to configure installment payments like memberships or fees.
